Gallery Spammage ...
Happy February!! last modified: Wednesday, February 04, 2009 (9:28:14 AM) February is such an odd month, isn't it? Even the way it's spelled: FebRUAry. Odd.
... Anyhoo ... Since it's once again time to be in love with luv (or not), I've uploaded my annual V-day layout. Kind of V-day, Weiss style, which is, of course, the best way to do it, right? ^.~ The basic layout and theme are the same. I changed up the banners a bit. And I created a new side banner for the front page and the about page. Hopefully, it all looks OK. I'm paranoid because I'm surfing in Safari this morning, and the layout looks like crap. But, I checked it in both IE and Firefox, and it looked fine. I'm putting the whole Safari thing off to some oddity in Safari, since the other browsers show things as being normal. >.O I was going to add a few things into my gallery today, but it seems I may not have an internet connection at home. (I'm sitting at Panera right now, getting my interwebs fix and typing this.) If I manage to get the interwebs up and running at home, I may update. Otherwise, it'll be a few more days. (I know ... no big loss or anything. Really, I'm just nattering here. =P)

Congrats on your new Yukito, which looks lovely in your gallery. Yes, the layout looks fine in Firefox. I''m still working through my big update, about half done I''d say and looking toward a big reopening (same sombre layout, which somehow flatters the new cels so far) sometime this weekend.

I meant to tell you in my last comment in your blog (but totally forgot) that I love the more somber/darker look, overall. It is very flattering to your artwork, and the colors are pretty. Thanks for the good words for Yukito. I was happy over getting him, as it''s from the first transformation. =) Leah: Perv-chaaaan! *glom* It seems that layout changes are coming fast and furious these days. (bad grammar -- yikes! o_o) This was my first year doing a Thanksgiving one, so I did Halloween, then T-day, then Christmas, then Winter, and now V-day. It may be May before I get back to my "normal" layouts ... but all in good fun. =D I love the chicken and wild rice soup at Panera. My favorite! *drools*
Lookin'' good Patti, I love how it fades from dark pink to light. I use chrome for my browser and so far so good :D Sidenote: V-day is so tempting with all the nummy chocolates *drool*
Thanks, Otakusin!! I wanted the layout to be all one color, so it sounds like it doesn''t show up quite right in your browser, either. (That''s the same thing it does in Safari, although I can''t figure out why. Argh.) But, I''m really relieved to find out it doesn''t look bad. *happeh* Heee! Chocolates! Yesh!! *nomnomnom* |
